When women take up space, role models change.

IKONIKAS was born to drive visibility, leadership and connection among women business owners, executives, entrepreneurs and professionals.

A brand created to spark conversation, share knowledge, create role models and build spaces where women’s talent can be seen, heard and recognised.

We don’t believe talent is missing. We believe visibility still is.

03 — Purpose

Making visible what already exists.

There is female talent in every sector, company and position. The challenge isn’t creating it. The challenge is giving it presence, a voice and access to the spaces where decisions are made, role models are built and the future is shaped.

Throughout its journey, IKONIKAS has created gatherings, content, conversations, training and experiences aimed at sharing knowledge, creating role models and strengthening professional networks.

IKONIKAS wants to bring together companies, associations, foundations, communities, institutions, universities and organisations that share the commitment to driving the visibility, leadership and connection of women’s talent.

Organisations whose membership has been approved can become part of this network and appear in this space.

Be part of IKONIKAS.

We believe the visibility of women’s talent doesn’t depend on women alone. It also depends on the companies, organisations and communities that choose to open up spaces, create opportunities, build role models and make diverse leadership a reality.

If your organisation shares this vision, it can apply to join IKONIKAS and become part of a network of organisations committed to the visibility, leadership and connection of women’s talent.

Required

Applying does not mean automatic membership. IKONIKAS will review each application before confirming that an organisation joins the network.

IKONIKAS is evolving.

The brand is entering a more selective, flexible stage, focused on the initiatives that can truly generate visibility, conversation and connection.

IKONIKAS doesn’t need to do more. It needs to do things that make sense.

The brand will remain active through content, collaborations, projects, memberships and experiences linked to leadership and the visibility of women’s talent.

IKONIKAS is part of the brand ecosystem of Be an Ikon S.L.U., the company through which Meritxell Bautista develops and manages her own brand, communication, community and experience projects.
